Ajrakh Legacy Collection
Ajrakh is a centuries old hand block printing art from Kutch, practised mostly by the Khatri community. Every traditionally made ajrakh fabric has around 16-17 steps and needs 2-3 weeks to create. The process includes hand printing, resist dyeing, washing and drying after every colour is applied. The result is a textile known for its intricate patterns, depth of colours and beauty.
